We're looking for a dedicated Commercial Operations Specialist to join our BAAS Customer Success Team in a fixed-term maternity cover role. About the Role

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you'll be the linchpin connecting Sales, Scientific Support, Production Planning, and Customer Service. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied, focused on supporting both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations from order to delivery. You'll be part of a close-knit team of seven based at our Glostrup site, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, implement, and maintain various contract types
• Provide documentation support for product and registration needs
• Assist with customer questionnaires and related documentation
• Deliver general administrative support, including product care activities
• Coordinate customer orders internally and externally
• Contribute to forecasting and production planning
• Collaborate with Business Managers on pricing coordination
• Provide ad hoc support to the global sales team

You bring:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in customer support and a genuine interest in customer interactions
• Familiarity with SAP ERP (a plus, not a requirement)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Danish language skills (preferred but not essential)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
