PMO Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused PMO Lead to join our Strategy & Transformation team at emagine.

In this pivotal role, you will establish and lead the PMO, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and measurable impact across emagine's most critical cross-functional initiatives. You will act as a linchpin between strategy and delivery, enabling the company to accelerate value realization and drive tangible results.

Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Own the lifecycle of key internal strategic projects from inception to completion.
• PMO Governance: Implement and enforce PMO standards, reporting, and processes to ensure consistent execution excellence.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure initiatives are clearly linked to company strategy and deliver measurable benefits.
• Performance Optimization: Accelerate time-to-market and value realization on critical projects, such as internal system rollouts.
• Financial Oversight: Track budgets, costs, and benefits, providing clear insights to leadership.
• Change Leadership: Drive accountability, influence stakeholders, and champion execution across the organization.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proven program and project management professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution:

• Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience in project or program management in fast-paced environments.
• PMO Expertise: Experience establishing or running a PMO, ideally in a consulting or IT context.
• Stakeholder Savvy: Confident in communicating with senior leaders, including C-level executives.
• Execution-Oriented: Action-driven and results-focused, able to drive change and hold others accountable.
• Independent Builder: Comfortable gradually building the PMO function without a dedicated team initially.
• IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems and project delivery.
• Strong Personality: Influential, assertive, and able to create structure in dynamic settings.
