We are looking for a PMO Specialist who thrives on structure, process optimization, and delivering results in a dynamic development environment.

Your Role:
As a Project Governance Specialist in our R&D Two-Stroke and Engineering team, you will:

• Support and optimize project governance across development projects.
• Develop and improve project management processes, tools, and templates to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and provide actionable insights to project managers and leadership.
• Support risk management, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support and develop reporting and portfolio transparency, preparing dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to project managers, ensuring alignment with objectives and standardized methodologies.

We imagine that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role, ideally combined with hands-on project management experience.
• Proven skills in developing and optimizing project processes. Experience in R&D or mechanical engineering environments is a plus..
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools (MS Project, Jira, OnePlan, PowerBI, or similar).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a proactive mindset—you take initiative and get things done. A collaborative approach to quality assurance—focused on partnership rather than enforcement. A genuine passion for enabling others to succeed and grow. Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).

You will be part of a small team of dedicated project and process specialists dealing with hands-on project-, portfolio- and process-management. With management and Project Mangers, the team is paving the road for the best execution of projects in both R&D and Engineering.
