We develop products and deliver integrated communication systems to customers in the defence industry.

Our Procurement Department is undergoing a significant transformation, and we are therefore looking for a new colleague for our strategic procurement team. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager.

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager who can collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, taking full ownership of timely sourcing projects.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing projects in close cooperation with your cross functional stakeholders and you will work closely with colleagues both in Denmark and abroad.

Your tasks

• Developing strategies, preparing and executing sourcing projects and RFx activities in close partnership with project and sales teams.

• Discovering opportunities for added value and optimization, including process improvements, technical enhancements, supplier engagement, and innovation initiatives.

What we expect from you:

• A completed master's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, business administration, economics, or a related area.

• Several years of experience in running sourcing processes, ideally within international organizations.

• A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and lead cross-functional teams effectively, even without direct authority.

• Professional proficiency in English; other language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
