Business Development Manager(1 year contract)

Do you want to be a part of a global digital commercial transformation? And are you
motivated, engaged and comfortable with communicating across all levels of management? Then you might be our new Business Development Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
As Business Development Manager you'll design scalable & repeatable capability-building toolkits. You'll work collaboratively with 35 markets globally to embed these capabilities into ways of working and to create value and improve ROI for draught & dispense equipment & fridges in Technical Service.

Furthermore, you'll manage projects across our 35 markets globally, optimizing Commercial Technical Service processes and Equipment for our customers, unlocking growth by optimization, digitalizing, harmonization & standardization. You will work in close collaboration with Research & Development, Supply Chain, procurement and local markets around the globe.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a colleague with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, from an operational role in Sales or Supply Chain. Ideally you have advanced project management skills including stakeholder management and great analytical capabilities and a high degree of financial acumen. Furthermore, we imagine that you are/have:

  • Structured, organized, can understand the big picture working at a high level of details
  • An engaging team member who demonstrates responsibility in their work
  • You are solution-oriented and approach problems creatively
  • Willing to perform efficiently in routine activities but are also prepared to reprioritize ad-hoc tasks
  • A high level of cross-functional and cultural collaboration and effective partnering for results
  • MSc in Business, Economics, Engineer or similar
  • International work experience.
  • Clear ability to accomplish goals and effectively execute plans
  • An inclination towards strategic innovation and a motivation to develop fresh ideas
  • Holistic mindset and ability to manage complexity and ability to prioritize and optimize.

What You Can Expect
This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, replacing a colleague on maternity leave. The position is based in our central office in Copenhagen and you'll report directly to the Senior Director for Technical & Customer service for Go-to-market & Execution in Group Strategy & Commercial. You can expect extensive travel for about 10-15 days pr. year across Europe and Asia.
