About The Team
As a People Experience Manager (f/m/d) based in Aarhus, you will join our global People & Culture Team at Unzer. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing the entire employee life cycle at our Aarhus office, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all team members. Please note this role is limited from Nov Nov 2026.

In collaboration with your People & Culture colleagues, you will engage in a variety of projects, contributing to the team's mission of creating an outstanding employee experience and driving continuous process optimization.

What your work will look like:

• Be the central hub for addressing local People-related inquiries and concerns
• Lead the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing exceptional People & Culture support, including payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date People data management within our tools and databases
• Champion compliance with local regulations, including legal and social security mandates, by initiating and supporting key processes
• Build strong partnerships with our People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams for seamless collaboration
• Play a proactive role in shaping and launching innovative People initiatives and solutions
• Drive continuous refinement and optimization of our operational procedures
• Engage in a diverse array of impactful local and global projects

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Professional HR qualification paired with practical, multi-year professional experience in HR operations
• Knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and Danish employment law
• Deep expertise in HR processes, systems (preferably Personio), and industry best practices
• Methodical work approach with meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, high standards of quality, and a strong sense of discretion
• Ability to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing business needs and processes
• Capable of working independently and diligently within a remote team environment
• Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
