Rava Cielo is an early-stage jewellery start-up. The brand has a natural, flowy, elegant, and effortless mood that balances calm simplicity, warm minimalism, and subtle contrasts. Designs are made with recycled precious metals, focusing on quality and longevity. The website is not public yet.

I am looking for a co-founder who wants to be part of starting a jewellery brand in its early stages and lead social media and content creation.

Main tasks:

  • Set social media strategy, manage profiles, and research, plan and create relevant, visually appealing content, with collaboration throughout.
  • Lead visual styling for content. Interest in fashion is relevant (style inspirational outfits with the jewellery).
  • Source garments and props; create styling guidelines.
  • Stay informed on lifestyle and fashion trends and use them very selectively when they fit the brand.
  • Make sure the brand stays coherent on social media.

Other

  • We will co-define brand direction; shape and build the brand together with a foundation in what's already established.
  • Be an active part of other start-up and company tasks, in collaboration and as we allocate tasks between us.

Mainly seeking a co-founder, but also open to other involvement for someone who prefers not to take on co-founder responsibility and ownership.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial desire
  • Passion for content creation, social media and fashion/styling.
  • A good eye for styling, visuals and aesthetics.
  • Comfortable working remotely and staying organised.
  • Good knowledge of English is required.

Commitment:

Remote work with flexible hours.

Part-time alongside studies or work is possible.

Salary:

Payment is through future profit that will be shared as we grow. The role can come with ownership and equity in the company if interested.
