Are you curious to learn how to drive change, do stakeholder communication, and manage processes in a highly complex engineering program?

Come join the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting the delivery of the Additive Manufacturing program, contributing to operational benefits and product newness at the LEGO Group.

Core responsibilities

You will be joining the Additive Design & Manufacturing (AD&M) department for 4-6 months (ideally 6 months) and work closely with the Program Director across a variety of topics.

To be specific, you will:

  • Assist with business case creation; research and compiling of data, creating visual aids like charts or graphs to support the business case
  • Support on process improvement; gathering feedback from team members on current workflows and documenting suggestions
  • Assist in developing and documenting new process maps or standard operating procedures
  • Collect and organize project data from various sources
  • Support in driving organized and consistent change management activities, aligned with the program's strategy and goals, e.g., assist in developing communication materials for stakeholders
  • Be a member of our Additive Design & Manufacturing team and participate in team meetings, social events, etc.

Additive Design & Manufacturing (AD&M) is developing and maturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies in the LEGO Group. The department is doing research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials and applications. The focus is on both polymer and metal AM technologies and applications, in close collaboration with partners, with the aim of pushing and driving the AM industry and its technologies towards true large-scale manufacturing.

The PMO is responsible for developing and integrating relevant processes across the entire value chain, from product development to manufacturing and supply chain, ensuring effective implementation and adaptation of AM technology. Strong communication and stakeholder management, along with the creation of business cases, tracking of KPIs and capability development are at the core of the PMO.

You are a high-performing individual, having a proactive approach and desire to learn by doing. You are structured, data-driven, and have an eye for detail. You are comfortable working individually and in groups and can easily adapt to new situations. You have good communication skills and can convey a clear message to those around you.

In addition, you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program within Business Administration / Development, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Strategic communication, or similar, that gives credit for internship during the internship period.
  • Able to do the internship in the period February 2026 – July 2026.
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator; comfortable summarizing technical information for a non-technical audience.
  • Able to show results and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work 37 hours weekly and be present in our offices in Billund.
