Head of AI
to drive the execution of our AI strategy, ensure organizational alignment, and transform our many ongoing AI initiatives into a coherent, results-driven portfolio.

In this senior role, you will oversee the full AI roadmap — from strategic direction to delivery — ensuring that projects are prioritized, coordinated, and implemented in line with business goals. You will
lead a team of AI specialists
and
drive adoption and upskilling across the organization through our AI Hero program
, turning creative experimentation into structured innovation that delivers measurable value.

As Spring CC's senior voice on AI, you will also contribute to client and partner discussions, providing strategic insights to sales and business teams and helping shape how AI strengthens both our internal operations and external offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Refine and execute Spring CC's AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can create measurable commercial and operational value.
• Ensure AI development evolves from experimentation to structured implementation and portfolio management.
• Lead and develop a small, focused team of AI specialists, expanding and shaping the function as new initiatives emerge.
• Drive organization-wide AI adoption and upskilling through the AI Hero program, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation.
• Define clear goals and success metrics for AI initiatives and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects — from concept to deployment — ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact.
• Consolidate initiatives into a transparent and prioritized AI portfolio that supports long-term growth and innovation.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and communicate results and learnings across leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Development, and other specialist teams to ensure seamless technical integration and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales and MoreBiz to develop AI-driven client offerings and commercial opportunities.
• Align initiatives and investments with technology infrastructure and strategic priorities in collaboration with the Global Director of Operations and senior leadership.
• Represent Spring CC's AI vision in client and partner meetings, helping identify new opportunities and partnerships.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use, including data quality and risk management.
• Ensure all AI initiatives reflect Spring CC's values of transparency, accountability, and innovation.
• Serve as Spring CC's internal and external spokesperson for AI, communicating the company's progress, direction, and achievements.
• Promote awareness and understanding of AI initiatives across the organization through reports, updates, and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven leadership experience in development, digital transformation or innovation management (5+ years preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across functions and geographies
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and platforms, and how they translate into business value
• Experience managing a project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and structure complex initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business insights
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and clients on strategic technology topics
• Solid understanding of governance, ethics, and compliance in AI implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, approachable leadership style
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
