Hansen Toft is recruiting on behalf of System TM for a Head of Projects

For System TM we are seeking a Head of Projects. With 40-50 complex, customer-specific projects each year, we are looking for a skilled leader to take ownership, create structure, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management team – positioned at the center of a global business.

As Head of Projects, you will ensure that advanced technical solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will set the framework for how projects are prioritized, governed, and executed – and gradually take full responsibility for the entire project portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and drive a structured project model and best practices
  • Ensure planning, milestones, risk management, and financial control
  • Balance resources across 40-50 projects annually
  • Secure quality and customer satisfaction throughout execution
  • Coordinate closely with clients, engineering specialists and site managers
  • Manage contractual and commercial project matters with customers

Project leadership experience and collaborative mindset

You are an experienced senior project leader with a proven track record from machinery, process plants, automation, or other customer-specific technical solutions. You are skilled at managing complexity, international collaboration, and commercial responsibility. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage.

You are structured, decisive, and resilient. You create clarity and predictability, communicate effortlessly with technical experts, and ensure results in demanding environments. You are fluent in Danish and English, and you live within approximately one hour's drive of Odder.
