About The Role
As
Director People & Culture
for Digital Health Solutions and Denmark, you will own the strategic People & Culture agenda and lead the P & C Business Partner for Denmark. This role goes far beyond just implementing HR processes. As a trusted advisor to the business, you will have the opportunity to define and build initiatives that elevate the employee journey. You will play a key role in driving leadership impact, organizational effectiveness, and culture development — ensuring that our people strategy supports and accelerates the ongoing transformation within Digital Health Solutions and supports our growth.

Together with your team, you will deliver a purpose-driven and modern approach to People & Culture, and a strong commitment to employee experience and continuous improvement. The organization currently has around 200 employees located across our four locations in Germany and Denmark. In this role, you will be an active member of both the DHS Management Team and a member of the international Surgical Workflows Business Area People & Culture Team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the DHS Management Team and DHS Managers by proactively collaborating with and coaching to support continuous organizational development and provide guidance and best practices on people processes.
• Shape and execute the DHS People & Culture strategy to support and align with Business strategy
• Define, develop and drive initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, including leadership development, succession planning, talent growth, and organizational design, making sure our people strategy actively fuels organizational health.
• Strengthen the leadership culture by fostering engagement, trust, and continuous development across all levels of the organization.
• Champion Getinge's People & Culture transformation journey by identifying improvement areas and new ways of working efficiently in our HR Service Delivery model. Implement tools and AI that enable efficiency and a data driven People & Culture function.

What You Bring
Professional Experience

• Demonstrated success in leading a People function within a dynamic, international, and matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic objectives into People & Culture initiatives.
• Experience from consultancy or organizations undergoing transformation or growth.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership development or coaching programs is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Danish employment law and people processes.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is considered a plus.
