Junior Sales Associate – Sustainable Water Treatment

HPNow develops advanced, sustainable water treatment solutions using our unique technology for on-site generation of ultra-pure hydrogen peroxide. Our systems help industries, agriculture, and municipalities improve water quality and reduce environmental impact.

We're expanding across Northern Europe (Nordics, Germany, Benelux, UK & Ireland) and are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to focus on lead generation and outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in target sectors (industrial users, data centers, greenhouse growers, municipal water).
  • Generate new leads via cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and email campaigns.
  • Participate in meetings with potential customers together with Senior Sales Team.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows.
  • Keep our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator up to date.
  • Support marketing campaigns with prospecting research and lead follow-ups.
  • Track activity metrics (calls, conversions, meetings booked) and share insights with the team.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years' experience in inside sales, business development, or customer outreach.
  • Strong communicator — confident on the phone and in written messaging.
  • Persistent, curious, and eager to learn how to build lasting customer relationships.
  • CRM-savvy (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar) and familiar with LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Fluent in English; another Northern European language (Danish, Dutch, German) is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to grow in an international, purpose-driven company.
