How You Will Make An Impact
As a member of the Strategic Finance team based in our global HQ in Aarhus and reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, you will take part in core group processes, deliver executive-ready analysis, and help steer strategic value drivers across Arla. Responsibilities will vary over the year, with peaks around strategy cycles and key performance reviews. You can look forward to

• Act as Finance support to strategic projects, by modelling business cases and risk assessments
• Take lead on the Enterprise Risk Management framework across Arla Foods, and drive continuous improvements to the process
• Be a close partner to the Group Strategy team in lifting tasks in our annual strategy wheel, such as analytics for Group Business Planning as well as Strategy reviews for the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors

What Will Make You Successful
We imagine that the right candidate for this role brings a Master's degree followed by minimum 5 years of finance or BD experience from large FMCG or production companies. You contribute with;

• The ability to transform complex financials and analytics into commercial, operational and/or strategic insights
• Strong Excel modelling skills, likely from having worked extensively with strategy- or business case modelling
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
