Full-Stack Engineer | AI-Driven Fintech Infrastructure | Remote | Flexible | High-Impact Role | Early-Stage Team

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve software using modern cloud-native infrastructure (AWS)
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, NestJS, and React
  • Architect and scale distributed systems supporting AI-powered identity workflows
  • Own projects end-to-end, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables with autonomy
  • Propose and implement technical solutions to address workflow and data quality challenges
  • Work with MongoDB and other structured/unstructured data sources to enable advanced document processing
  • Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor team members to grow a collaborative engineering culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Experience with NestJS and building modular/microservice architectures
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
  • Proven ability to build highly available, scalable distributed systems
  • Familiarity with 24/7 production environments and real-time systems
  • Bonus: knowledge of graph theory or algorithmic problem solving
  • Passion for quality, ownership, and autonomy in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
