As a Customer Success Manager at Sleeknote, you'll help brands worldwide elevate their customer engagement by creating personalized and intuitive on-site experiences that drive results.
About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to help brands unlock their full potential with Sleeknote.
In this role, you'll become a trusted partner to our customers, guiding them from onboarding to optimization and ensuring they get measurable results from every campaign. You'll combine product expertise with strategic insight to help brands grow their email lists, increase conversions, and create meaningful onsite experiences for their shoppers.
Along the way, you'll sharpen your skills in relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and customer advocacy, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in customer success and SaaS growth.
Responsibilities:
Guide and educate customers on best practices for campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping brands use Sleeknote to drive conversions, collect leads, and enhance onsite experiences.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and communicate actionable insights.
Collaborate across teams, sharing customer feedback with Product, insights with Marketing, and success stories with Sales.
Champion your customers internally, ensuring their voices help shape the future of Sleeknote.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay current on e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and conversion strategies to bring fresh ideas to your clients.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
Technical mindset and interest in the space.
Proficiency/familiarity with Zendesk, Photoshop, Canva, ChargeBee, Notion, and similar tools
Background in SaaS and experience in a SaaS environment.
Knowledge of AI tools, such as LLM's, to improve work efficiency.
