Stine Goya is looking for a structured, hands-on Head of Finance to join our team in Copenhagen.

This is a senior finance role close to the business, where you will ensure strong financial control, support decision-making, and help the company continue to grow in a healthy and well-managed way. The role is a key leadership role with responsibility for day-to-day finance operations and planning.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team across the organisation.

Your Role
As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for running and developing the finance function, ensuring transparency, structure and financial discipline across the company.
Your focus will be on:
Financial planning, reporting and follow-up
Supporting commercial and operational decision-making
Ensuring solid processes, controls and cash management

Key Responsibilities
Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
Prepare financial insights and materials for management and board meetings
Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial risk
Ensure compliance with Danish and international financial requirements
Oversee finance operations across Denmark, UK and US in collaboration with external advisors
Lead and develop a small finance team
Partner with key functions (sales, retail, ecommerce, production) on financial planning and KPI follow-up
Support inventory planning and stock level analysis together with Supply Chain, which is under the responsibility of this role
Ensure that the administration of HQ related matters - HR, IT etc - are well taken care of

Who You Are
Several years' experience from a senior finance role (e.g. Head of Finance, Finance Manager, Senior Business Controller)
Background from retail, fashion or consumer-driven businesses is an advantage
Strong financial understanding combined with a practical, hands-on mindset
Structured, reliable and comfortable working close to operations
A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
Fluent in Danish and English
