Core Responsibilities
This role (internal title Senior Business Process Manager) transforms the needs of the Procurement Engineering & Electronics Manufacturing (P&EM) organization into solutions and bridges with the Digital & Technology teams, focusing on the development and maintenance of critical processes and IT systems. As the Subject Matter Expert for P&EM business processes, you will have a key role in translating end-to-end business requirements into process and system solutions.

More specifically, you will

  • Represent P&EM functions in the design, delivery, and implementation of process and system changes in PLM, ERP, and other critical IT platforms.
  • Identify and help prioritizing business requirements
  • Partner with P&EM functions to map, optimize, and maintain end-to-end business processes, system functionalities, configurations, and supporting documentation and training materials.
  • Test and validate system configurations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Act as a key representative and sparring partner for business and Digital teams, including Global Process Owners, digital product owners, program teams, and external partners.
  • Drive communication, training, and adoption initiatives, in close collaboration with the Program Change Management team.
  • Actively collect and share best practice
  • Actively identify implementation risks, issues and dependencies and drive to resolve them
  • This is a Senior Manager Specialist level role, being an individual contributor.

This position is located in our Billund site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

P&EM is part of the global Procurement organization, responsible for large portfolio of LEGO elements and advanced electronic products used in the LEGO product assortment globally.

P&EM is a global organization, handling the full value-chain from the concept stage - through the development and mass-production stage, having all relevant competencies such as sourcing, engineering, processing, operations, quality, supply chain, project management etc. Supply partners are typically major global corporations.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in business process design and optimization, ideally within product development, manufacturing, or related domains.
  • Strong track record of implementing or supporting enterprise systems, preferably PLM and ERP solutions, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while driving progress in a structured way.
  • Excellent partner management skills, with experience engaging a wide range of functions in an international business environment.
  • Hands-on experience leading change management initiatives, enabling adoption across cultures and professional areas.
  • Analytical approach and structured communication skills, capable of developing clear arguments and crafting high-quality presentation materials for decision-making.
  • Building strong, respectful and efficient cross-functional network
  • Travelling to LEGO sites is required occasionally.
  • English on proficient level.
