Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deskside Support Technician Level 1 located in Kalundborg. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and setting up IT equipment. You will manage ticketing systems, assist with resolving connectivity issues, perform routine maintenance on devices, and ensure timely communication with users. The role also involves collaborating with other IT team members to improve service delivery and ensure network and application stability.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues, software installations, and resolving connectivity problems.
  • Desktop Support: Ability to configure and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users efficiently and professionally.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and IT systems management.
  • Additional Skills: Adaptability, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT support roles, certifications like CompTIA A+ or similar, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
