Join us as our new QA Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated QA Coordinator to join our growing Quality Assurance team. As demand for our food and human health products continues to rise, we are expanding our QA capacity to ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll be joining a newly formed and evolving team, where you will have the opportunity to influence how we work and help shape the way we deliver quality.

Welcome to the Quality Assurance Team
You will join a team of 11 skilled and dedicated colleagues responsible for QA support and product release of food and human health products produced at our site in Avedøre, Copenhagen. The team is part of Culture Quality Operations in Denmark, working closely with sister teams in Roskilde and Hørsholm.

As the team is newly formed, you will have a unique opportunity to influence how we work together and help shape our ways of working. We look forward to welcoming you to the team.

In This Role You'll Make An Impact By

• Playing a key role in the release of products for food, dietary supplements, infant nutrition, and pharma
• Reviewing batch documentation and compiling release packages
• Using electronic systems such as SAP and LIMS
• Keeping SOPs up to date and compliant
• Supporting deviation handling and investigations
• Participating in audits from customers, authorities, and certifying bodies
• Staying updated on GMP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Acting as the quality contact person for customers
• Contributing to continuous improvement of QA and release processes

To Succeed You Must Hold

• A bachelor or master's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or Food Science and Technology with an insight of release process and batch documentation in a production-supply-release flow.
• Solid quality mindset with knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements e.g., Eudralex Vol. IV, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 21 CFR part 111 and ISO 22000
• Good communication skills and a good sense of humor
• Thrives in a fast fast-paced environment
• Dynamic and pragmatic
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team culture
• Fluent in English (business level proficiency) and Danish
