Your new position

Be the new Student Assistant Reception & Canteen Support in a biotech company bonding to discover, design and develop innovative peptide-based medicines. Zealand Pharma is looking for a Student Assistant to support our Facility Department, primarily in our reception and canteen, in a temporary 4-month position of approximately 20 hours per week. As part of our In-house Services team, you will contribute to the daily operations that keep our office running smoothly. We will provide thorough onboarding to make sure a smooth start.

We offer exciting responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with front desk tasks
• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
• Supporting canteen operations during peak hours, including setup and cleanup
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Your profile

As a person you bring a positive attitude and your structured and detail-oriented approach ensures tasks are completed with accuracy, while your service-minded and helpful mindset makes you invaluable support to both guest and colleagues.

• Currently enrolled in bachelor or master program
• Clear and effective communication; professional proficiency in English required and Danish is an advantage
• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office
• Service-minded, proactive, and helpful
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy
• Able to collaborate effectively across departments

Your new team

You will join the Facility Department and be part of the In-house Services team, contributing to the daily operations that keep our office running smoothly and collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
