Shape the future of AI & Automation
As our new AI & Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving Kamstrup's digital strategy within AI and Automation, ensuring clear direction and shared goals across the entire organization. You will be key to ensuring that Kamstrup benefits from the business opportunities that AI and Automation brings.

More specifically, you will be:

• Developing and executing the AI & Automation strategy in alignment with Kamstrup's global digital agenda
• Taking enterprise ownership of plans, governance, and operating models for AI & Automation
• Leading transformational projects and building cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption
• Acting as the strategic spearhead and trusted advisor for all AI & automation initiatives
• Orchestrating a company-wide uplift in capabilities to accelerate value creation

This role will place you at the center of Kamstrup's digital transformation journey, working across functions and leadership levels in an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration, while ensuring AI and automation create measurable value and long-term impact for the business. You will be part of a structure that encourages cross-disciplinary innovation, while aligning with both functional and strategic leadership to drive Kamstrup's digital journey.

Meet your future team
With a direct reference to the Vice President of Digital Business Development & Transformation, you will become a part of Kamstrup's global digitalization unit, specially as part of the Digital Business Development & Transformation team, consisting of 10 dedicated colleagues working in the areas of Portfolio & Project Management, Governance & Processes, User Experience Design, Communication and Transformation, Enterprise Architecture and Business Partnering. In our team, you will experience daily stand-up meetings where we prepare for the day together and help each other shine. • Bring a solid toolbox within leading business transformation and efficiency projects
• Have proven experience in leading change
• Bring valuable experience of working with AI and Automation across business and technology
• Are a visible, energetic leader who inspires and motivates through clear communication across all levels

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish will be considered an advantage
