The Mission

To be honest, we're looking for a sharp Frontend Developer with some back end experience (hence Full stack), to join our HQ in Aarhus and help us build and expand digital platforms. You'll play a key role in building solutions with a strong focus on fresh tech and thoughtful architecture.

What You'll Be Building:

• Our slick, consumer-facing websites.
• Powerful internal tools and systems for our amazing colleagues.
• Partner-platforms for collaboration and growth.

You'll join a small dynamic, ambitious team where data, AI, and scalability are the core. You'll design, ship robust, maintainable code, and get a huge say in architecture decisions and tooling choices.

Your Daily Quests:

• Build & Maintain: User-facing sites and internal systems with modern technologies.
• Architect: Help design and implement a scalable platform architecture for our services- keeping simplicity and maintainability in mind.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other teams and business stakeholders to deliver excellent user experiences.
• AI-Power: Integrate and leverage AI tools in your workflow (think generative code assistants) to boost productivity, code quality and insights.
• Innovate: Help us define and evolve best practices, tooling, and development processes.

Your Profile: A Techy Karmanaut

We imagine you're the kind of person who...

• Has at least 3 years of professional development experience - you've been around the block a few times.
• You know your way around JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Considers a strong ally (a big, big plus).
• Has a good understanding of PHP (and maybe even a little love for Laravel - also a strong plus).
• Is keen to experiment with AI-assisted development tools.
• Writes clean, well-structured, maintainable code and has a mindset for scalability and performance.
• Is a team player. We want solutions from everyone, we thrive on positive, constructive collaboration.

The process will be something in these lines:

1. First Date (Online): A short online meeting with our People Person.
2. The Deep Dive: A dialogue with our CPO / Co-founder, Stefan, where you'll prepare a short case and take a personality assessment (which we'll review together in the interview).
3. Third Base (If needed): A final conversation, and we may ask for references from previous employers.
