Head of Industrialization, Global Operations

In the role as Head of Industrialization in Global Operations (Falcom), you will shape and execute our industrialization strategy, build effective teams, and contribute to operational excellence.

The team you will be part of

FalCom is built on GN's foundation as a renowned provider of intelligent audio solutions with headquarters in Ballerup. We create advanced hearing protection solutions enabling special operations, military, law enforcement, and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments – all while ensuring high-quality hearing protection.

You will join a fast-scaling and focused team at FalCom, working at the intersection of defense, technology, and innovation. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

• Form and develop a team of industrialization and manufacturing test professionals
• Define our industrialization & manufacturing test strategy, refine processes and standard operating procedures
• Play an essential role in creating our manufacturing strategy and manufacturing landscape
• Team up with Head of External Manufacturers and our external manufacturers directly to align and execute on the industrialization strategy
• Support and develop teams, within FalCom, in navigating the journey toward industrialization, maturity and manufacturing readiness
• Develop our manufacturing capabilities together with our manufacturers to improve quality and throughput
• Represent FalCom and align on ways of working, methodologies, tools, systems & equipment with Global Industrialization (GN)

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Demonstrate effective leadership skills and share our value in team and individual development
• Show proficiency in managing relationships with stakeholders while coordinating with various teams
• Acquired immense experience in practicing industrialization or manufacturing test in a production environment
• Can thrive in an international setting where communicating in English
• Combine strategic thinking with active execution
• Effective at conveying information to diverse groups, whether they have a technical background or not
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with QMS tools, PLM, ERP and test systems are beneficial
• Are willing to travel internationally as part of developing manufacturing capabilities
