We're looking for a new team member to our Indirect Procurement department to drive the Logistic and warehouse services category. As a Senior Procurement Partner, you will be part of the Indirect & GFR Procurement team, where you will  report to Head of Procurement Rene Wernblad and work closely with experienced and dedicated procurement colleagues in our headquarters in Rødovre and experienced business owners if different parts of our organization and in different countries.
Our team believes in creating impact via empowerment and trust, through open communication and cross functional collaboration. You will thus experience a high level of empowerment and be able to shape your own categories together with the business owner.

In this role you will drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation within the logistics and external warehouse category which covers:

•    Distribution to shops

•    Linehaul

•    Last mile agreements across all the countries Flügger does business in.

•    Agreements on external warehouses in Denmark, Sweden and Polen.

In the daily operation you will interact with stakeholders throughout the organization and across all levels from warehouse employees to senior management and across different countries, which of course comes with great exposure to all levels and therein great development opportunities.

You will have end-to-end responsibility in strategic procurement process; from category strategy management, portfolio- and project management, supplier qualifications, tenders & negotiations, to contract, contract management and supplier relations management.
When relevant, you may also be expected to support other team members with tasks and projects in their respective categories, mostly within IT and consultancy services.

We expect you to have strong strategic insights and commercial awareness securing sustainable cost optimization and value creation. You take responsibility and work empowered while being a team player sharing knowledge and joining in on the development of Strategic Procurement must-win-battles.

Additionally, we expect you to have:

•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with strategic procurement, especially within the Transport and Logistic area

•    Experience with procurement category strategy development & optimization lever deployment

•    Holistic and strategic outlook to ensure solutions are optimized in an end-to-end perspective

•    Strong negotiation and project management skills

•    Strong collaboration and communication skills

•    Be fluent in English and Danish (fluency in Swedish is an advantage)
