Job Summary
We are expanding our project delivery team for large-scale engineering and construction projects within the pharmaceutical and data centre sectors. We are seeking experienced professionals for the following two senior-level positions:
Senior Planning Engineer
Senior BIM Engineer
Both roles support complex, fast-paced projects and require strong collaboration with engineering, construction, and digital delivery teams.
Positions are based in Kalundborg, Denmark, or suitable for candidates in surrounding areas willing to commute. EU citizenship is required.
Senior Planning Engineer
The Senior Planning Engineer will lead project scheduling, progress monitoring, and performance analysis for major engineering and construction projects in the pharmaceutical sector. The role ensures accurate planning, timely delivery, and alignment across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, delays, and critical-path issues.
Implement corrective actions and collaborate with teams to maintain schedule integrity.
Analyse project data and use planning tools to support decision-making.
Prepare and present progress reports and schedule updates to stakeholders.
Work with engineering and construction teams to align planning deliverables with project objectives.
Continuously improve planning systems, workflows, and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred).
3–5+ years of project planning experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or similar high-tech industries.
Strong experience using project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Strong understanding of engineering and construction workflows.
Skilled collaborator with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Committed to professional development and industry best practices.
Must have EU citizenship.
Senior BIM Engineer
The Senior BIM Engineer will support digital coordination and model delivery for large-scale data centre and MEP projects. This role focuses on model authoring, clash coordination, data management, and implementation of BIM standards across project teams.
Responsibilities
Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary MEP and architectural/structural scopes.
Develop, manage, and update digital models using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
Perform clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination resolution.
Ensure BIM outputs support constructability, sequencing, and field conditions.
Maintain model integrity, structure, and information accuracy.
Collaborate directly with design, construction, and planning teams to ensure digital consistency.
Support implementation of BIM execution plans and digital best practices.
Drive improvements in digital delivery workflows and data management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5+ years of BIM coordination or digital delivery experience, preferably within MEP or data centre projects.
Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and digital issue management tools.
Strong understanding of design, construction, and MEP systems.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visual, written, and verbal outputs.
Detail-oriented with strong data management and model accuracy skills.
Proactive problem solver, highly collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Commitment to continuous learning in digital engineering technologies.
