Are you ready to lead formulation strategies for next-gen biologics?
Symphogen, the Antibody Center of Excellence within the Servier Group, is looking for an experienced Senior Scientist (m/f/d) to join our Formulation Development & Stability team. You will play a critical role in developing injectable antibody-based therapies, driving innovation in drug product development, and ensuring clinical readiness through ICH stability studies and CMC collaboration.
Your Mission
- Develop liquid and lyophilized formulations for biologics
- Lead stability studies (DS, DP, reference standards) according to ICH guidelines
- Perform in-use compatibility testing for clinical readiness
- Use digital tools for trend analysis and shelf-life prediction
- Manage CDMO collaboration, deviations, and process improvements
- Prepare regulatory documentation in collaboration with QA and RA teams
Your Profile
- Master-s degree or PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in drug product development for biologics
- Hands-on experience with lyophilization, ADCs, or bispecific antibodies
- Familiarity with CMC development and regulatory expectations
- Strong communication and a project ownership mindset
- Fluent in English
