About the job

Our People & Development department, located at our international headquarters in Aarhus, is currently seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient People & Development Specialist for a temporary position of 6 months.

The tasks are varied, and we expect you to be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality in all People & Development and personnel administration tasks. You will work with our P&D systems and processes, ensuring that our data is always up-to-date and reliable.

You will be part of a professional, yet informal team of colleagues with diverse tasks and backgrounds. Your tasks

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting with training and recruitment processes
  • Analyzing employee data for commercial decisions
  • Maintaining employee data in our HR systems
  • Maintaining travel profiles and booking flights and hotels for travelers
  • Monthly travel invoicing
  • Handling employment contracts
  • Managing the People & Development mailbox
  • Updating material and information on our employee platform
  • Supporting the organization with various inquiries
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your competencies

  • You have a flair for IT and a good understanding of various IT tools and programs
  • You have experience within HR work and preferably knowledge of the legal field
  • You take pride in having a positive attitude and communication style
  • You speak and write English at a high level
  • You work very systematically and take pride in ensuring all details are correct
  • You enjoy working independently and taking initiative in your tasks
  • You are service-minded and do your best to serve the organization with good energy and in a value-adding way
  • Familiarity with Tamigo, Relesys, and Talent Tech would be an advantage
