The role

As our new Student assistant, you will get the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced colleagues. The primary responsibilities include Product Quality complaint handling and registration, but as we are continuously developing, the job can evolve to include tasks from functions in the department over time.

You will join a team of 8 colleagues and report directly to the Director of Complaint Management.

You will be responsible for:

• Registration and handling of customer complaints
• Unpacking of return samples
• Support improvement of systems and processes
• Data handling and analysis
• Other day-to-day tasks, to the quality system and quality processes

Your professional qualifications

• A strong scientific mindset
• Proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken
• Studying natural science e.g., pharmacy, engineering or similar
• Ability to work min. 15 hours per week on site

As a person, you can work independently and can run with a task with little supervision. You are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured, a self-starter, and learn at a quick pace. You are adaptable and not afraid to learn from your mistakes. You are conscientious about your tasks, solution-oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.
