How You Will Make An Impact
As our new student assistant, you will be part of a recently restructured graduate management team, as part of the bigger Global People Development team in HR. You will play an important role in ensuring our graduate programmes run smoothly as you take lead in organizing training weeks for our graduates, supporting and developing communication initiatives, and preparing presentations, evaluations and agendas. Furthermore, you will be part of all graduate training weeks, which take place both online, in Denmark and at other Arla offices abroad.

Organizing and supporting our graduate programmes
You will be based at our headquarters in Viby, and we expect you to work approx. 2 days a week. During some periods, days will be moved around as participation during training weeks is essential. Among other things, you will

  • Plan and organize graduate training weeks, including coordinating with speakers, preparing training materials and pre-reads, and arranging venues, accommodations, and logistics for participants.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training weeks and rotations to improve future initiatives.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing invoices and planning and sharing internal communications.

What will make you successful?
We assume that you are studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and have approx. two years left of your studies. We are open for various educational backgrounds but imagine that you are studying Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Communication, or similar.

Furthermore we expect that you

  • Demonstrate project management and organizational skills
  • Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, with various stakeholders.
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint in particular).

  • Open and straightforward in your communication
  • Well-organized and structured with an eye for details
  • Collaborative, outgoing and friendly
  • Curious and eager to learn about our Graduate Programmes
