Global PR Manager

As Global PR Manager you will be responsible for shaping and managing Bang & Olufsen's global PR strategy across all media verticals and markets. You will oversee Bang & Olufsen's global PR agencies to lead and guide local market activity across regions. The position balances strategy and execution for global campaigns, writing all global press materials and overseeing global PR operations, supported by a PR Graduate.

This position is a full-time, fixed-term role for 12 months (Maternity Cover) starting 1st December 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy

• Define and implement the global PR strategy in line with brand and business objectives.
• Direct and manage relationships with global PR agencies and local markets - setting priorities, deliverables and KPIs.
• Provide counsel to stakeholders and ensure consistent messaging globally across markets.

Campaigns & Communications

• Oversee all written global PR communications for product launches, brand campaigns and partnerships.
• Liaise with stakeholders in the business across product management, marketing and commercial teams to align PR activity and messaging with wider business objectives.
• Safeguard the brand's luxury positioning, ensuring the highest standard of storytelling across all media.

Global Events:

• Support global product launches, partnership activations, and events by executing PR strategy.
• Coordinate with the Events Manager to secure press attendance, schedule interviews with key spokespeople, and manage on-site media relations.
• Ensure consistent messaging across markets and provide guidance to local teams on event-related PR activity.
• Oversee follow-up with media to increase coverage and share outcomes with global stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Line-manage and mentor the PR Graduate, ensuring professional development and clear day-to-day support for PR reporting, sample and invoice management.
• Act as main point of contact for PR agencies and markets, providing clarity, alignment, and accountability.

Operations & Delivery

• Direct the global PR sample process, including allocation, tracking and reporting.
• Manage global PR reporting, monitor coverage, and share insights across the organisation.
• Liaise with translations agency to ensure consistent messaging across markets in a timely fashion.
• Work with local markets to ensure smooth delivery of assets, coordinated pitching, and consistent reporting.

What You Bring
You are an experienced communicator renowned for leading global PR strategies and building consistent brand storytelling across multiple markets. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and know how to manage agencies and stakeholders while delivering at the highest level.

Moreover, you bring:

• 10+ years' experience in PR ideally across both lifestyle and technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability in leading global campaigns and managing multiple agencies.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across media verticals.
• Effective organisational skills, with experience managing Global PR samples, reporting and international coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience developing junior team members.
• Comfortable in an evolving environment with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
• Cooperative team member with an understanding of Danish culture and values.
