Advertising Lead


The Tise team now counts over 100 people, with 10 employees in Denmark. We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years across markets, and today we have around 625,000 users in Denmark. As our Danish Advertising Lead is going on parental leave, we are now looking for a maternity leave cover to take responsibility for Tise's commercial operations in Denmark and to lead the Danish advertising team

The position is based in Copenhagen and is a full-time temporary parental leave cover role, starting as soon as possible and ending on January 31, 2026.


About the role 

As Advertising Lead at Tise, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow the Danish client portfolio and advertising department. You will be in direct contact with brands and advertisers, advising them on advertising opportunities on Tise, developing campaign offerings, and continuously working towards your department's budget targets.

Part of your role will also include collaborating with the Nordic sales team on projects and identifying new commercial business opportunities for Tise in Denmark.

Our ideal candidate is ambitious and able to work independently and in a structured manner. You are always on the lookout for new opportunities and are driven by sales. You work proactively, are results-oriented, and always able to see the bigger picture. Last but not least, you share our passion for inspiring our users to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Danish advertising team consisting of an Account Coordinator and a Content Coordinator

  • Meet with potential and existing clients and partners

  • Develop campaigns, manage projects, and pitch creative advertising solutions

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and concepts in the Danish market

  • Contribute with internal input on concepts and product development

  • Responsible for Danish advertising budgets and ongoing sales performance

  • Maintain sales momentum and continuously track key sales KPIs

  • Close collaboration with the Danish Country Manager and the wider marketing team

  • Develop and optimize our product portfolio in collaboration with the Nordic Head of Sales and the broader sales teams in Oslo and Helsinki

Qualifications

  • Relevant education, e.g. within marketing, communication, digital media, economics, or business development

  • Comfortable and experienced with outreach and sales

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as, for example, a Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager, or Consultant at a relevant communication, marketing, PR, advertising, or media agency

  • Strong understanding of Tise as a brand and the ability to identify commercial opportunities and strong campaign ideas

  • A strong and relevant network among potential clients and media agencies

  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English

  • Strong understanding of working with numbers and budgets
