BGFIX is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support and execute our marketing activities across Denmark and Sweden. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, consistent, and effective day-to-day marketing operations.

BGFIX offers a wide range of products, including construction site fencing, driveway gates, safety fences, and other safety products for construction sites. After 26 years of operation in Sweden and 7 years in Denmark, with continuously increasing revenue, it is now time to take the next step. We are therefore actively expanding our marketing efforts in both countries.

You will become part of a team of 50 dedicated colleagues, grounded in strong values of trust, helpfulness, and mutual respect. We succeed by maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service while fostering a respectful and friendly approach to our customers.

The ideal candidate has solid experience with digital and operational marketing tasks and enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple activities across two markets. Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

· Coordinate and execute marketing activities across Denmark and Sweden

· Plan and produce content for images, video, social media, and websites

· Manage email marketing campaigns and social media content production

· Support website updates, content creation, and troubleshooting

· Oversee merchandise, printed materials, brochures, and trade fair activities

· Handle various operational marketing tasks as needed

· Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
