The Position
Forenom is expanding strongly in the Aarhus area specifically and in Mid Jutland in general. We are therefore looking for a committed and motivated Area Manager, who can lead and further develop Forenom's operations in this area and, with the aim of making Forenom the market leading player in this geographical area.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the areas budget and the financial goals.
- You work independently to build relationships with customers and property owners to establish the business and new business opportunities.
- Initially you are responsible for all operational activities, meaning that you will work actively with both furnishing and maintenance of the apartments in your area.
You will report directly to the Area Director but will also work closely with the Management Team.
Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about Sales & Operations and enjoy taking ownership, responsibility and play central roles in driving business results.
You have previous experience from sales with successful results. You have experience from working in an international environment and are used to cooperating across borders.
You live in the Aarhus area or within a reasonably driving distance. Danish is your mother tongue and you communicate freely in English, both orally and in writing.
Furthermore, you have good technical understanding and system experience. At Forenom we use Salesforce and Qlik. It is an advantage if you have previous.
experience from the real estate or accommodation business.
