We offer an exciting insight into the world of robotics, and how it is to work in a global and culturally diverse organization. You will be working in our EMEA Legal Department, which is a small team that handles all legal and compliance matters for Teradyne Robotics.

Your responsibilities will be administrative in nature and include contract drafting, contract reviews, third party due diligence reviews, and assistance on various corporate matters, and legal compliance in general.

As we are a global company, you will interact with people from all over the world, including our employees, business partners, suppliers, and customers. Accordingly, fluency in the English language is a requirement, both verbal and written communication.

The position includes the following mix of support tasks for the EMEA Legal Department:

  • Legal review and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Preparation and update of contract templates, including proof-reading of same.
  • Assistance with document filing and maintenance of electronic document archives.
  • Assistance with GDPR reporting requirements for various departments.
  • Assistance with third party due diligence and trade compliance matters.
  • Assistance on various pending legal research and compliance projects.

What we expect of you

We expect you to be interested in working in a fast-paced global legal environment. You're a fast learner, able to handle multiple assignments often under tight deadlines and interested in providing superior customer service to our internal stakeholders and customers. You have excellent communications skills and speak and write fluently in both Danish and English.

Requirements:

  • Good business understanding, prioritizing business as much as legal compliance.
  • Excellent Word processing skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point a preference
  • Familiar with general legal competencies.
  • Must enjoy providing support in English to people from many different cultures.

You have preferably graduated the study as Bachelor HA(jur.) or BA(jur.) and are now studying (jur.) or Cand.(jur.) or similar legal studies in Denmark. It is not a requirement that you know everything from day one; what matters most is your willingness to learn and grow.

The expected weekly hours are 15 hours per week. You are required to meet at the office at Energivej 51, 5220 Odense S. We respect your exam periods and your priorities at the university, and we will adjust hours when necessary.
