Consolidation and Systems Accountant
to join our team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Consolidation and Systems Accountant to t o ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of group financial reporting through expert consolidation processes and robust financial systems management. Your role will be to bridge finance and technology, drive continuous improvement in reporting capabilities and system functionality to support strategic decision-making accross the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts for the full group and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and equity accounting
• Support statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors during group audits
• Maintain and improve consolidation models and templates
• Administer and optimize financial systems (Microsoft Business Central, Konsolidator) used for consolidation and reporting
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and IT to implement system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives
• Ensure data integrity across systems and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Train finance teams on system usage and best practices
• Identify opportunities to streamline consolidation and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting

What We Are Looking For
Essential:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting principles
• Understanding of and experience with multi-currency complex group consolidations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills for business and professional interactions.

Desired:

• Experience of Microsoft Business Central
• Familiarity with the logistics industry
• Experience in fast paced changing environment (private equity or similar)
• Audit background with 3+ years' experience in industry
