About the Role

We are looking for
Support Executives
to join our
Field Support Services
team in Aarhus, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in
English
, hands-on experience with end-user IT support, and a collaborative mindset to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with
    employees and end users
    , coordinating with
    Clients SMEs
    in English.
  • Provide
    on-site field support
    and collaborate with technical teams to resolve IT issues.
  • Handle
    laptop allocations, migrations, re-imaging, and testing
    for end users.
  • Identify, log, analyze, and resolve
    technical issues
    involving software, hardware, network, or telephony systems.
  • Work with
    vendors
    to troubleshoot and document software/hardware issues.
  • Assist with
    installation, maintenance, and asset inventory management
    .
  • Perform
    on-site laptop repairs
    and maintain up-to-date asset records.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in
    IT End User Support / Service Desk / Field Services
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Danish (spoken & written)
    and good
    English communication
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    laptop re-imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and asset tracking
    .
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and support processes.
