We design and operate high-quality travel experiences across the Nordics, balancing strong supplier partnerships with efficient digital processes. As our business expands across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and the Baltics, we are strengthening our commercial team with a dedicated Contract Manager.

Role Overview

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing supplier partnerships across hotels, restaurants, excursions, transportation, and local activity providers. You will secure competitive rates, negotiate key terms, and ensure that our destinations maintain strong product availability and quality. This role blends negotiation, relationship-building, analytical understanding of pricing/yield, and operational coordination.

You will work closely with our Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships across the Nordic region
  • Negotiate annual contracts, rates, allotments, and special conditions
  • Ensure supplier performance meets Nordis Travel's quality, service, and compliance standards
  • Participate in trade shows, supplier meetings, and destination visits as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement of contracting processes and internal workflows

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience (contracting, procurement, preferable in hospitality industry)
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
  • Solid understanding of Nordic travel products (hotels, transport, activities) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain supplier relationships across countries
  • Willingness to travel across the Nordic region for supplier visits
