Our Group Marketing & Communications team brings Faerch's vision of circularity to life. We build awareness, engagement, and trust through clear, impactful storytelling and creative campaigns that connect our purpose to our products. Working across business units and markets, we ensure one strong, unified Faerch brand.

Faerch is a leading supplier of circular, rigid food packaging with integrated recycling capability. We serve food manufacturers, food service providers, and retailers around the world with our network of state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe, Asia, and the US. Today, more than 5,900 employees are part of the Faerch Group, which is part of the A.P. Moller Group.
Your Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing global marketing strategies aligned with Faerch' s vision and business goals. You will ensure cohesive, impactful marketing across markets and product launches, and strengthen collaboration across functions and regions. You will be responsible for building transparency, structure, and excellence in how we plan and execute marketing activities.
This position is based at our headquarters in Holstebro, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global marketing and product strategies aligned with Faerch's business goals.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives for global product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, ESG, External Affairs, Strategic Sales, HR, IT, and external agencies to deliver impactful communication and campaigns.
- Manage and develop content across key channels – website, social media, customer newsletters, and paid media – including SEO, AEO and digital campaign optimisation.
- Plan and coordinate Group newsletters in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
- Use market insights and data from Sales and Product Development to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing impact.
- Build and protect Faerch's brand identity, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across all markets.
- Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous innovation and excellence.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B or industrial settings.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and content development.
- Strategic mindset combined with a structured and hands-on working style.
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
Success in This Role
In your first 6–12 months, success means having established strong relationships across the business and built trust as a collaborative marketing partner. You will have implemented a clear and efficient launch process, contributed to successful global campaigns, and to a stronger, more consistent global brand presence for Faerch.
