The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and structured Financial Coordinator to contribute to our finance department. The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping and a strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Your responsibilities

You will be a part of a team where you will be responsible for the daily accounting, including updating and reconciling the bank, as well as handling payments and receipts using Continia and Payment Management. Your tasks will - in collaboration with the team, be to ensure an optimal flow in the daily registration and posting of various receipts and payments.

Additionally, your responsibilities may include the following tasks depending on the candidate:

  • Managing a structured workflow for registration and posting of receipts and payments.
  • Handling payments, bank transactions, and financial postings with a focus on precision and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Communicating with creditors in a professional and structured manner.
  • Participating in monthly financial closings and reconciliation processes.
  • Monitoring overdue accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain financial accuracy and stability.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies while maintaining a methodical and detail-oriented approach.

Who you are

We imagine that you either have experience from a similar position or are motivated to learn and develop within a role where accuracy, compliance, and structure are key components of the work. We are looking for a candidate who values precision, enjoys working with established processes, and thrives in an environment where attention to detail is essential. Experience with accounting is an advantage, but not a requirement, as long as you bring the right mindset and willingness to learn.

We also expect that you:

  • Have strong IT skills, preferably within Business Central, and ideally some familiarity with Continia's products – or the motivation to acquire it.
  • Are a confident user of Microsoft Excel or eager to build your skills further.
  • Take a structured approach to tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Maintain a professional and methodical working style.
  • Possess strong Danish and English language skills, both written and verbal.

You will report to the Finance Manager. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence at our HQ in Lisbjerg.
