Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brewer and Manager based in Copenhagen. The role involves overseeing and managing brewing operations, including producing high-quality beverages, maintaining equipment, monitoring and overseeing expedition of inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include developing new recipes, collaborating with team members, managing production schedules, and providing leadership to the brewing team. The position includes maintaining BRØL's commitment to circularity and sustainability within its processes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in brewing processes, recipe development, and quality assurance in beverage production
• Experience with equipment maintenance, inventory management, and production scheduling
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to sustainable practices and circular economy principles
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
