Job Description
Are you driven by the challenge of creating a sustainable future? As our Project Director for the Sustainable Materials Program, you'll lead initiatives that will redefine how we innovate and implement sustainable solutions globally.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership Own and lead complex, cross-organizational sustainable materials projects that align with our sustainability strategy
  • End-to-End Oversight Ensure seamless collaboration and leadership across all partners to achieve strategic objectives of our Sustainable Materials Program
  • Decision-Making Excellence Provide senior management with clear and concise decision materials, navigating significant trade-offs effectively.
  • Project Management Lead all aspects of project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Senior Communication Deliver impactful communications to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders across functional areas.
  • Team Collaboration Foster collaboration within the team and with resource owners and functional experts.
  • Process Optimization Establish clear processes and frameworks for efficient project execution.

As a part of our Engineering & Quality Strategic Projects & Portfolio Management team, we manage a dynamic portfolio of strategic, multi-functional projects focused on sustainability and innovative technology development. As the Project Director for the Sustainable Materials Program, you'll lead with strong multi-functional collaboration, guiding the development, qualification, and implementation of new sustainable materials from concept to completion. While doing so, you'll ensure alignment to our defined sustainability criteria and uphold our high quality and safety standards. You'll also critically evaluate end-to-end implications and trade-offs to ensure transparent decision-making.

With over 10 years of extensive experience in project ownership and leadership, you have successfully driven large-scale critical initiatives. Your leadership and stakeholder management skills are outstanding, allowing you to build significant impact across diverse functional areas and profiles.

  • Strategic Communication Exceptional communication and negotiation skills build strong relationships, ensuring alignment across global teams. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Project Management Expertise You possess strong expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and governance practices, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving You thrive in complex environments, using your creativity and critical thinking to drive sustainable solutions.
