SG&A Finance Business Partner

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative expenses) Finance team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end financial planning and budgeting for the Commercial and Global Finance organization, ensuring financial governance and delivering insights that enable sound business decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and play a key role in driving efficiency, transparency, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Build strong relationships with Function Heads and act as a trusted Finance Business Partner.
• Drive financial transparency and accountability through governance and process compliance.
• Develop productivity and efficiency metrics to ensure organizational right-sizing aligned with strategy and affordability.
• Challenge assumptions and decisions using business drivers, trends, and strategic alignment.
• Contribute to functional strategic financial planning and projects.
• Deliver and continuously improve Financial Performance Reviews.
• Partner with offshore Accounting and Business Finance teams on month-end close, financial controlling, and master data.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud enhancements, reorganizations).
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify and standardize ways of working.
• Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the organization.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical skills, challenger mindset, and high drive for results.
• Experience with management reporting, financial modeling, and forecasting/planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with change and transformation initiatives.
• Personable and able to build relationships across diverse teams.
