Strategic Human Resource Business Partner
We are looking for two Strategic Human Resource Partners (SHRBP), each responsible for people partnering within one of our Executive Vice President (EVP) areas. As a SHRBP you will collaborate with the area's leadership team and other senior leaders to align organizational and people strategies with business goals.

Your role
You will be advising and coaching senior leaders, driving organizational improvement, and implementing impactful people initiatives and foster collaboration within the HRBP community, promoting best practices and supporting site HR performance and development

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the EVP and their leadership team in developing their functions, all the way from organizational design to change management and engagement strategies.
• Translate business objectives into meaningful people agendas that drive forward these objectives aligned with the Global People priorities.
• Lead and execute initiatives in people development, leadership growth, and capability building to future-proof the organization.
• Analyse people data and external trends to deliver actionable insights that shape decision-making.
• Ensure strong, proactive cooperation within the HR operating model between Global People Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners – locally and globally.
• Represent Global People on internal boards and project teams to address priorities such as compliance, M&A, and sourcing decisions

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
We are looking for two experienced HR Business Partner who are passionate about driving business-focused solutions, inspiring leaders with a business-first approach to make sure we deliver the right impact and who thrives with complexity in a dynamic purposedriven organization.

• MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record with a min. of 8-10 years of experience from working in a complex global organizational setting and an in-depth understanding of the people and organizational agenda in the same context.
• Business before HR toolbox mindset and strong learning agility, preferably coupled with experience from either a global pharmaceutical production environment or Global support functions.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability translate data into actionable strategies and impactful initiatives.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across cultural and geographical boundaries.
