Here is what the job entails
As Personal Assistant, you will work directly with the SVP Sales & Marketing to support all aspects of the daily agenda – from strategic initiatives to hands-on coordination. You will become an integral member of the Sales & Marketing Leadership Team and take ownership of processes that impact on our global organization which among others consists of several Country Managers.
More specifically, you will:
- Prepare executive presentations and communication materials (e.g. board decks, QBRs, townhalls)
- Draft and review internal and external communications on behalf of the SVP
- Organize and support leadership meetings, including documentation and follow-up
- Manage calendar and travel for the SVP
- Manage meetings and document decisions
- Document and track strategy deployment, activity plans, and KPIs
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Support on daily ad-hoc tasks with short deadlines

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
- A relevant M.Sc. degree (Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to design visually clear and engaging messaging and analyze financial information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels and functions
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Preferably a few years of experience from a similar position in an international business environment
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
