Job Title: Regional CRM Manager – Turkish Market

About Medier

Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional CRM Manager to lead our CRM efforts for the Turkish market. You'll be responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You should have a deep understanding of Nordic customer behavior, iGaming/online entertainment experience, and CRM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Turkish market (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, etc.)

  • Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all stages: onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation

  • Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI

  • Collaborate with product, content, design, and data teams to deliver relevant and engaging campaigns

  • Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn — and proactively act on insights

  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices

  • Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiatives in Turkey

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Strong understanding of the Turkish market and user behavior

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
