Then join our Talent, Learning & Development team in Nuuday as our new Student Assistant focusing on recruitment and onboarding administration  

Your new team 

You will become part of a team of six engaged colleagues who are committed to delivering high impact and high-quality offerings and experiences for our people.  

Together, we design and deliver a broad range of programs, processes, projects, and services within leadership and people development, talent management, recruitment and onboarding, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.  

We have an informal tone and a great social climate. We get things done,  but make sure to have fun along the way. 

Your role 

As our new Student Assistant, your primary focus will be to support the recruitment and onboarding process and ensure a great experience for both candidates, new employees, and hiring managers. 

You'll work closely with your HR colleagues and gain hands-on experience with HR systems, coordination, and communication. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Creating and maintaining requisitions and job postings in our HR system 
• Publishing job ads on internal and external channels 
• Monitoring and managing the recruitment and onboarding inbox and ensuring timely replies 
• Supporting hiring managers, employees and recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment and onboarding process 
• Supporting on ad hoc HR projects and helping colleagues across the team when needed 

This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with HR operations and learn how a large organization attracts and hires top talent. 

Who are you? 

We imagine that you: 

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree within HR, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field – but what you study isn't the most important. If you're curious, eager to learn, and motivated, we'd love to hear from you 
• Are structured, detail-oriented and reliable in your way of working 
• Communicate clearly in both Danish and English 
•  Are comfortable using digital tools and working IT systems  
• Have a service-minded attitude and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced team 
• Have a proactive mindset – you're not afraid to jump into new tasks, challenge the status quo, and show curiosity and courage to learn and grow 

Experience with recruitment systems is an advantage but not a requirement — we'll make sure to train you thoroughly. 

Practical details 

• Working hours: approx. 15 hours per week (flexible during exams) 
• Location: Nuuday HQ, Teglholmsgade 1, Copenhagen 
• Start: January/February
