For Shamballa Jewels, we are searching for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Copenhagen head office in Denmark.

The Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Shamballa Jewels. You will ensure that materials, components, and finished pieces move smoothly through our creative and commercial ecosystem with precision, responsibility, and respect for craftsmanship.

Your focus will be on driving efficiency, ensuring quality, and developing partnerships that strengthen both our brand and business. You will collaborate closely with design, production, finance, and sales to build a scalable and world-class operation.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead procurement and supplier relations securing quality, stability, and competitiveness.


• Manage production planning, logistics, and inventory across global channels.


• Ensure precision in stock control, order flow, and delivery performance.


• Analyse data and financials to optimize purchasing, lead times, and cost structures.


• Act as superuser in Business Central (ERP) and drive digital process improvements.


• Lead, support, and develop a small, dedicated operations team.

Your Profile

You combine analytical strength with operational finesse

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where design, detail, and discipline coexist, and where precision is a language of its own.

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, ideally within luxury goods, jewellery, fashion, or design.
  • Proven ability to manage suppliers and cross-departmental processes.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP (Business Central) user.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive with an eye for both numbers and nuance.
  • Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
