Beauty Advisor for Augustinus Bader

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated skin care Beauty Advisor to provide our customers with exceptional and personalized experience at the Augustinus Bader counter in Magasin Kongens Nytorv. 

As a key representative of the brand, you will embody its elegance and heritage, offering tailored skin care consultations that combine deep knowledge with outstanding customer service. Your role will involve building lasting relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring the counter reflects the highest standards of luxury.

We are hiring for a full-time role.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will welcome clients with grace and professionalism, providing personalized skin profiling while using storytelling to highlight the brand's craftmanship and qualities. Your expertise will help you achieve and exceed sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting new launches and exclusive editions. You will maintain a well-presented counter, support visual merchandising efforts, and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently. Operational tasks such as handling transactions and inventory will also be part of your responsibilities, always adhering to brand and store policies.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a trained beautician and has experience in luxury retail, particularly within beauty. You possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for luxury fragrances and skin care. Your professional appearance, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment will be key to success in this role.
