Constantia Flexibles is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for junior candidates eager to grow their careers and contribute to sustainable product innovations.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

  • Customer and Sales Support: Provide internal and external support to clients and sales teams.
  • Project Management: Drive and finalize internal and external projects within the designated segment.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Cooperate with machinery and material suppliers to enhance product offerings as well as other Cflex plants.
  • Product Improvement: Continuously improve existing product specifications and drive sustainable product innovations.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Work closely with production to find solutions for key technical issues for our customers. 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical educational background (e.g. Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • First experience within a technical role is considered an advantage.
  • A passion for the flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment as well as to travel to customers and other Cflex plants
