Student Assistant - Product Data Management
Would you like to contribute to the continuous improvement of Product data management by applying your knowledge of Product development processes, IT systems, and Master data.
Get Hands-on Experience
Founded within our R&D Department, you will be part of the R&D Process team which strive to optimize our Product Development processes and handling of product data.

For this role, we are looking for resourceful and curious student who can assist in our continuous improvement of Product-related Processes, tools and data. It is a part time position (15 to 20 hours per week on the hour). We will be flexible about working hours to fit your classes and exams. The position is temporary till December 2026 with possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities
Not all days will be the same, and as you gain expertise and a broader knowledge of things, your tasks will expand. Examples of tasks are:

• Support deployment of new PLM software versions and system testing
• Assist in optimizing and correcting workflows
• Analyze and present product data to support decision making
• Support Product data migration and data cleaning
• Support PLM users
• Ad hoc work

Your Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a study program related to Engineering, Business process management, Product development on at least your second semester. To be successful in this position, you need to have:

• Good interpersonal skills, a high level of support, and a big smile.
• Ability to expertise yourself in a short amount of time.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and find simple solutions.
• General IT qualifications and a willingness to learn more.
• Structured and analytical approach.
• Data oriented mindset.
• An eye for the details.
• Satisfaction of finalizing tasks and deliver quality work.
• Clear and concise documentation skills.
• Understanding of Product development processes is an advantage
• Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills
